As lead designer, I focused on: - Crafting a self-serve onboarding and deployment flow, including billing and project setup - Designing scalable architecture for multi-project and multi-team support - Reusing and extending the design system for fast delivery and consistency - Collaborating across engineering, product, and marketing to ensure a successful launch
